Your notification preferences let you choose which emails you receive about activity on your account.
Steps
- Go to Account.
- Scroll to Notifications.
- Toggle each category on or off:
- Invoices — when a new invoice is issued.
- Payments — confirmation when a payment succeeds or fails.
- Subscription updates — renewals, cancellations, payment-method issues.
- Support replies — when our team replies to a ticket.
- Click Save preferences.
Critical alerts — like a failed payment that's about to suspend service — are always sent regardless of your preferences. They're a small set and we keep them noise-free.
