To remove a saved payment method:
- Go to Payment methods.
- Find the method you want to remove.
- Click the ••• menu and choose Remove.
- Confirm the deletion.
Once removed, the payment method is gone immediately and can't be recovered. If you remove the default method and have others saved, another method will be picked as default automatically.
Active subscriptions
If a method is currently the source for an active subscription, you'll be asked to switch the subscription to a different method before you can remove it. This avoids accidental subscription failures.
