Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a subscription at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep whatever you've already paid for.

Steps

1. Go to Subscriptions.
2. Click the subscription you want to cancel.
3. Click Cancel subscription.
4. Confirm in the dialog that appears.

The status changes to Cancelled, and your next billing date shows when the access will end.

Refunds

Cancellation does not refund what you've already paid. If you believe you're entitled to a refund, please open a support ticket and our team will review.
