Every invoice can be downloaded as a printable PDF.
Steps
- Open the invoice from your invoice list.
- Click the Download PDF button at the top right.
Your browser will download a file named like invoice-INV-001234.pdf. Open it in any PDF reader, print it, or attach it to an email.
About the PDF
The PDF includes the full invoice details: line items, taxes, discounts, applied payments, and the remaining balance (if any). It's generated from the same data shown on the portal invoice page, so it always reflects the most current state.
