Every invoice your team has ever sent you is available in the Invoices section of your portal.
How to get there
- Sign in to your portal.
- Click Invoices in the left sidebar.
What you'll see
The invoice list shows the most recent invoices first. Each row shows the invoice number, what it's for, the amount, and its current status:
- Open — issued but not yet paid.
- Partially paid — some payment received, balance still due.
- Paid — fully settled.
- Overdue — past the due date and unpaid.
- Void — cancelled by your team; no payment expected.
Filtering and searching
Use the tabs at the top of the page to switch between All, Open, Overdue, and Paid. The search box finds invoices by invoice number or by line-item description. The date filter on the right narrows to the last 30 days, last 90 days, or year-to-date.
Click any row to open the invoice detail page, where you can see line items, applied payments, and download a PDF.
