If you can't find what you need in the help center, open a support ticket and our team will get back to you.
Steps
- Click Support in the left sidebar.
- Click New ticket.
- Choose a topic (Billing, Account, Technical, Other).
- Write a subject and a description. Be as specific as you can — screenshots, invoice numbers, and exact steps make the reply much faster.
- Attach any files that help (optional).
- Click Send ticket.
What happens next
You'll get an email confirmation, and the ticket appears in your Support page with status Open. We'll reply as soon as a team member is available.
