Opening a support ticket

If you can't find what you need in the help center, open a support ticket and our team will get back to you.

Steps

  1. Click Support in the left sidebar.
  2. Click New ticket.
  3. Choose a topic (Billing, Account, Technical, Other).
  4. Write a subject and a description. Be as specific as you can — screenshots, invoice numbers, and exact steps make the reply much faster.
  5. Attach any files that help (optional).
  6. Click Send ticket.

What happens next

You'll get an email confirmation, and the ticket appears in your Support page with status Open. We'll reply as soon as a team member is available.
